As soon as you enter the home, you will be immediately immersed in the relaxed elegance of the property with a sun drenched open plan interior with full height glass doors, louver windows and modern furnishings.

This property has all of the modern day luxuries such as reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, Escea Gas fireplace and Yamaha sound system and BOSE speaker.

Cook in the fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop and Nespresso Coffee Machine, two separate dining and living areas that open out to large entertaining decks on both sides.

There is a large rumpus room flowing out to a private resort style, in-ground, solar heated, mineral pool and covered alfresco area with BBQ that is perfect for the kids.

Although the property is privately tucked away in this beautiful escape, the home is only a short stroll to Bells at Killcare to grab your coffee, paper, and pastries or couple of minutes drive down to Putty and Killcare beaches and Hardy"s Bay caf and restaurant precinct. Overlooking and connected to the world-renowned Bouddi National Park coastline, enjoy a 20-minute bush walk from the front door to the stunning Maitland Bay beach - a hidden oasis that never fails to impress!

*Pets - small dogs non-shedding allowed upon request. No more than 2 dogs, they must be house-trained and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Owners must clean up after their dogs before departure and must bring their own dog-bedding. For each dog there is an additional $100 dog tariff added to your booking once pets have been approved.

*Pool - solar heated. The pool is heated during the warmer months only.
