This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach house is just a short walk to the ocean and close to popular Outer Banks restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial.

    The third level of Casa de Playa is designed for relaxation. The open and airy living room offers access to both an outdoor deck and a screened-in porch—perfect for enjoying fresh coastal breezes. The Chef of the group will love the large, modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, and gather around the indoor dining table or the screened porch dining area for meals. After dinner, turn on the fireplace and enjoy the comfy couches while you plan the next day's activities. There is a half bathroom on this level for convenience. A private Queen En Suite on this level is ideal for night owls who like to stay up a bit later.

    On the second level, you will find a Queen En Suite, a second Queen Bedroom, and a room with two twin beds—accommodating all members of your group. There is a Jack and Jill full bathroom that both these rooms can share. Step out onto the covered porch and relax in the private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Outer Banks.

    The first level is all about fun! Challenge friends and family to games of shuffleboard and foosball, or settle in for a movie night on the large flat-screen TV. This level also features a washer and dryer to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

    Casa de Playa is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. 

    This property has 4 parking spots for guests.

    Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.

    **Please Note: Gas Fireplaces are only available from September 1 through April 30th**

    Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
    Check-Out is 10am.

    The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 1 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club between May 28th and September 6th. Parking passes are $10 daily or $35 weekly.

The top bedroom was not en-suite. The bathroom was separate. Other rooms were great. There were some cockroaches in various areas. We also lost power to half the house halfway through, but the company upgraded us to a luxury house for the last couple of days so that more than made up for any shortcomings!

Property says it has AC… well the third floor with the living room, queen bed room and kitchen area has window units.. the HVAC system does not work.. limited kitchen utilities.. coffee pot itself leaked water, therefore a pot of coffee could be brewed, had to purchase a universal k cup for coffee. Property needs to be updated.. steps are worn… This may be the reason it’s for sale

The listing stated the bedroom on the 3rd floor had an en-suite bathroom, which it did not. The bathroom was right outside of the bedroom in the main living room which wasn’t a huge problem, but everyone used it when hanging out on the 3rd floor. The central air had a hard time cooling the 3rd floor, so there are window units up there. The 3rd floor stayed pretty warm even when we lowered the window unit temp. There are a lot of pots and baking pans, but no pot holders to take hot pans out of the oven. Except for a small sample sized bottle of olive oil, just know that you will need to bring every seasoning you need for your meals if you plan to utilize the kitchen. We enjoyed time on the 3rd floor deck, and appreciated the proximity of the home to the beach. Very easy access to the beach. It was nice that linens and bath towels were provided. It’s nice that it is pet-friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog. We would stay there again.
