«I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process»

«Wasnt clean to start with. Blind was broken so there was a gap people could see straight through, so no privacy. Pillows flat so had aweful sleep. One night the bloke down stairs spent the whole night screaming, and then decided to drag his way to the bottom of my stairs and scream for my help. No idea why he didnt call himself a taxi to the hospital when the screaming started at 2100 the night before. «Check-in was at 3pm. No details regarding check-in were sent prior to the check-in. I called many times seeking information but was told that the information would be provided to me at 3pm however no details were sent. @4pm l was still chasing for the details. At around 4:30pm thats when they decided to tell me that the place wasn't ready and the cleaners hadn't been around to clean. The most frustrating thing is that they could have apologised and gave me a heads up than for me to travel then ...
