Accommodation was fine, but communication with owner was poor. Photos were also misleading as it shows breakfast provided in the kitchen, which it isn't. Also our bathroom had no toilet paper!

One of the best properties we have stayed in UK. Host and husband have shown great taste in decorating their property. Easy location to many attractions including the Cotswold district. Glad we found there place.

I was fairly happy with the place, except that one of your customers who didn't have the codes & didn't know how to get in, and didn't get any response from your phone and was freezing outside. In his desperation, he kept banging hard on the outside door past midnight and forced me to eventually get up and try to save his situation. The lack of phone response being the problem. I think by default, they should text the various entry codes 2 hours before earliest check-in time, to the registerred customer mobile.

Great night
Really comfy bed, had no issues with parking. When we had an issue the owner was easily reachable and solved our issue. The room was cold on arrival but soon warmed up. Clean and adequate for what we needed. Would stay again.

Comfortable bed, large shower, newly renovated throughout. Dislikes, noise from other guests in adjoining rooms is very loud. Doors closing echo through entire complex. Listing description on Wotif is incorrect. For our room 203, there is NO breakfast, Full kitchen in description is communal. Soundproofing is inadequate. You can hear toilets flushing in other rooms. Owner was apologetic but that doesn’t get you a good nights sleep. Don’t like to give bad reviews but that was our experience. Left after 2 nights exhausted.

Comfy stop-over
Comfy room with warm bed and decent amenities, very good for a short Oxford stay. Door lock was quite fiddly, kitchen availability good but few utensils. Good location to get the bus into Oxford. Pleasant and quiet, a good night's sleep was easy to attain.

Stay near Oxford
The host was excellent and let me check in early. Generally was alright, just few small issues. There isn't enough parking so you may need to park on the road outside which is fine but not preferable. There was a slight smell which wasn't great in the hallway. The windows was leaking but we put a bowl under it. Finally the bathroom is on a time light switch which is a little bit annoying. However generally great value and was generally ok.

Do not stay at this property it’s a health and safety hazard. We didn’t even stay there. When asked for money back was refused. The owners obviously ran out of money but wanted to open to recoup. Tap in kitchen was so loose you could have pulled it out of its housing. The chairs in the kitchen were so wobbly I actually fell on to the floor and as for the view out the back garden, looked like a tip. Not happy at all 😖

accomadation is in a convertated house. We had the deluxe twin room with en-suite but no kitchen. Kitchen was downstairs and communal. Very clean.

Nice stay shame about the creaky floors upstairs!
We stayed one night as my partner was competing in the Blenheim tri the following day. The room is very spacious with a large shower, room and smallish kitchen. We couldn’t park directly out front as someone had parked diagonally across two spaces but found parking on the street easily. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The tiles in the bathroom are very loose and possibly quite dangerous. The room description stated there was bottled water and an espresso machine which they wasn’t and coffee was key in the morning! We mentioned it and they brought over an espresso machine with pods which was very kind. The floor upstairs definitely needs looking at as you could near the person above walking above at 6am and their phone vibrating. Having the fridge/utensils etc was ideal for the triathlon in the morning! Communication was very good.

Very nice room and good facilities. Getting in using the various technical locks was a bit of a Pfaff but not too bad. A few out the window is awful but if one is spending a night or so it’s perfectly good

Great room but nightmare entering the place
Overall the room was great. Little bits and bobs broken such as tiles on bathroom floor and toothbrush holder. But we had a nightmare getting into the studio. We received no email from hotels.com to confirm how we are entitle building there’s no front desk, which was great as we had no contact with people, but we sat outside the place ringing to get the code for the key.

It was a nice room, it had a couple of spill stains on carpet but in general it was cleaned well and it was a comfortable stay overall.

Clean & comfortable room in excellent condition.
Room 203 on the first floor is very comfortable with an en-suite toilet & descent shower. There is kettle & fridge in the room and a good TV. The kitchen on the ground floor is a shared facility, which should be noted for Covid security. It was fine during my stay because no one else was using it and hand gel is provided. A pack containing continental breakfast is provided in your room - milk, cereal, bread, marmalade, etc. Overall the property is very clean and is in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely
Really easy access, nice big bed and really big bathroom. Looks like it was recently modernised. Kitchen was useful for breakfast and there's several nice restaurants nearby for dinners.

Stylish and comfortable
We had a very comfortable overnight stop here. The room was just as you see in the photos, bed was super comfy and bathroom spotlessly clean and very spacious. Access instructions were straightforward. You share access to a kitchen with the other studios, where you help yourself to breakfast, or cook up a meal if you like. There is only seating for 4 in the kitchen, but not a problem when we were there.

It was very comfortable and convenient. Slight problem accessing the room initially as not all the information had come through but otherwise the room was excellent. Supplies for breakfast very nice. Would definitely stay again

Comfy, clean, and all brand new. I liked the fact ot had a full kitchen downstairs. Works for me as I'm on the road a lot and i couod cook myself a healthy meal 👍 help and cook yourself breakfast was good also. Would definitely recommend to all.
