Enjoy a relaxing vacation by the ocean and waking up to the sound of ocean waves! This updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is conveniently located in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island Golf Resort. With it's ideal location, one can walk right out the back door to the beach or out the front door to the Kiawah Conference Center. It's an easy bike ride to the Resort Center, Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary Hotel, or even Freshfields Village.

Featuring a modern, spacious layout, this villa has both traditional and contemporary accents to appease the taste of all its guests. The living room is a popular space to relax and unwind and is highlighted by a beautiful accent fireplace (not for guest use). The dining area seats eight guests, and there is an additional table off the foyer, perfect for extra company or a game night. Make delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and cookware. The beautiful layout was truly designed to make guests feel welcome and right at home.

The master suite (Bedroom #1) boasts a king size bed and TV of its own. The lucky patrons of this room get to enjoy the sizable private bathroom with newly furnished marble countertops, his and her sinks, separate vanity, and custom tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom (Bedrooms #2) features a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom. Finally, the third bedroom (Bedroom #3) offers two twin beds with pull-out trundles (sleeps 4 total), TV and a private bathroom as well.

The outdoor porch space helps make this property special: take in the ocean air or enjoy an outdoor meal. Step right off the porch and walk down the the beach boardwalk to the ocean!

Wonderful stay! Fantastic unit. Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated. Easy beach access, tons of walking/riding paths, short drive to FreshFields shopping area. Everything was easy. Highly recommend!

Overall it’s a good property to stay at. A few things would have made it truly fantastic. First, while the property is basically ocean / beach front you really can’t see the beach or ocean! You can see just a little bit of ocean if you stand in the right place on the rear deck. The trees and shrubbery have gotten too tall to see over and need to be lowered. While there are several pools around, this property has no access, seems like an easy fix. There is not a grill on site so no grilling out sadly. The kitchen has an adequate amount of cookware but it’s all low quality and could use some upgrading. The condo is spacious and in nice location and you can be on the very nice beach in two minutes (just would like to be able to see it!) oh yeah, the rear deck really needs a ceiling fan because there really isn’t any breeze.

Beautifully decorated home, well appointed kitchen, and lots of room for hanging out after a beach day (which is only a 2 minute walk away!) There was a problem with renters upstairs, they caused a leak that came through the ceiling in our unit. Property Management responded immediately and took care of the problem! Kiawah amenities and dining were top notch.

Beautiful villa

We loved our stay in this villa. It was comfortable and and very convenient. The only negative is the unit’s lack of basic amenities - salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent, etc. For the price charged to stay in the unit, requiring the guest to supply the most basic items was annoying.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The condo was perfect for our annual Girls’ trip. We had so much room to hang out and play games. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking some meals in. It was immaculate, and the location was great! Everyone said it was perfect and they want to come back to this property next year.

Beautiful Space

We had a wonderful time at the island. The condo is on the beach and is perfectly decorated. It had everything you could need and the grocery store in the fresh fields village had pretty much everything you could ask for. Everyone was super nice and it was a great break for all of us. We can't wait to come back again!

Spring break retreat

Overall, our experience was good! However, we were disappointed that we were not given access to the water park. We have rented these villas before and we’re always able to enter. Our two teenage boys had been looking forward to it. Although the villa was immaculate and welcoming, the master bed was quite uncomfortable! The mattress was very unforgiving. That aside, the proximity to the beach was convenient and the kids enjoyed boogey boarding their days away. Can’t wait to stay on the island again.

No relaxing at this villa.

The villa was nice but there is major construction on a condo building next door. Not just a unit but a multi story building. They start at 7:00am and go all day. Very loud and disturbing. This was never listed and when we called Sweetgrass properties they said it is normal maintenance and dismissed us. I’m in the business and this is a major construction site that we should have been told was going on and surely shouldn’t be dismissed by the property owners. Total waste of money.

Beautiful place, great location

This unit was beautiful, well equipped, very clean and the location was phenomenal. It is a bottom floor unit so there was only a minor glimpse of the ocean from one or two rooms because of the growth of the brush between the unit and the ocean. But, you can’t beat the Pepsi it’s to the ocean and how easy it was to take the short path down to the sand/ocean. If we stayed again, I would try to get a second floor u it for better views of the ocean.

Great condo on the beach. Upscale decor and finishes. Great beds and pillows. You can see the water somewhat from the unit, but you are on beach! Noise from the unit above is a bit of a concern. If you book this property try for a second floor unit.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is super convenient; just steps from the beach boardwalk. Walking distance to Cougar Point and easy bike ride to the Sanctuary. The house was just as advertised and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 5 people. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great outdoor area

We stayed here with our three children and loved it. The layout worked well for our family, with plenty of room to spare. We really enjoyed the shaded deck. We enjoyed most of our dinners there, and spent a lot of time in the lounge area of the deck also. A short walk to the beach, and the beach itself was great. We had a lovely time!

Mouse in the House

Property is beautiful. For a few hundred dollars the owners could make this a five star stay. First, there is no grill which is an issue with so much outdoor space. second, pots and pan are lacking, just invest another $300.00 and buy some new ones. Third, and most critical....coffee maker broke...guests without coffee tend to get angry! Management company sent a new coffee maker later that day.. Old coffee maker was on its last leg it seemed like it had never been cleaned. Lastly, yes we were visited by a mouse our first night which shared some of our English Muffins. No big deal, however, management company never reacted to our multiple calls... never even sent someone to check on it or set a trap. Could be 5 star...with little investment!

Perfect Location on Kiawah Island, great for families.

This is a fantastic home, tastefully decorated , very cozy and laid out well with a big kitchen with views of the ocean, which is only steps away via a charming boardwalk. The location is great because it’s also close to Freshfields which is the only spot in Kiawah to get groceries and amenities. Not having been here before, we didn’t realize the island is a huge resort of homes and golf clubs. We played tennis daily at the nearby Roy Barth Club and biked daily with our three teen kids. One day we biked 15 miles and didn’t even realize we had done that many miles because of the gorgeous paths. The island is totally pristine. Kids loved seeing alligators and herons and ibises. We dined at the Atlantic Grill, highly recommend going there for lunch at the Ryder Bar with gorgeous views of the 18th hole and the ocean behind it. Kiawah is a special gated utopia, and during Covid, it was a safe retreat with very few people and tons of nature. The only downside of the house was a mouse was also a guest- and munched on a muffin and cookie that we left overnight on the counter, through the plastic. We notified the management and they came immediately to seal off any holes and gave us some extra replacements. It didn’t bother us at all. We’re from NYC.
