«Condo was centrally located, clean, and equipped with what we needed. Also, comfy sofa and throws in the closet to snuggle up in while watching tv. Unless we just didn’t locate the switch, would suggest lights coming up the outside stairs. Little tricky to navigate after dark.»

«Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.»

«Comfortable bed, and good location a few minutes walk from beach. Pictures are deceiving though. Very tight spaces, especially bathroom, and 2 lanterns randomly hanging in living area that my husband kept hitting his head on. The screened porch needs a power wash, and over all a tired unit, but worked fine for our needs and not expensive off season.»

«We took advantage of walking to and on beautiful East beach. Very quiet property with convenient driving access to Ocean Course, the Sanctuary, Freshfields Village, and Seabrook Island restaurants and shops. Property was very clean and comfortable. Had to get water, beach towels, and coffee (one pot was complimentary). Great sightings of turtles, alligators at safe distance, and herons.»

It's in a quiet, wooded spot right behind the beachfront villas, so it's just a 2-minute walk to the beach.
