«寬敞舒適»

«Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels).»

«Amazing place. The breakfast downstairs is so good. They need to redo the photos for the apartments as it’s loads better than it looks on the site. Great location. Night food market just outside and a great mall next door. Highly recommend.»

«Petit déjeuner peu varié, mais goûteux. Chambre très propre, personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Ravi de mon séjour dans son ensemble. Je reviendrai inch'Allah. »

«Located in the Suria mall»

«Helpful staff that let me check in early :)»

«Gode senger, store rom, hyggeleg betjening og sentral beliggenhet.Hotellet var under renovering og fellesområdene kunne ikke benyttes. Rommene bør klareres fra betjeningen før gjestene ankommer. Vi bodde på dette hotellet to ganger i løpet av vår tur og begge gangene måtte vi tilkalle betjening pga flere mangler ved ankomst; safen var låst, kjøleskapet virket ikke. Slikt tar mye tid og er iriterende når man ankommere sent og bare vil legge seg.»

«Nice hotel which had all the things we needed. Two restaurants, pool and gym. The gym is pretty good equipped. We never used the pool, though. Breakfast was good, and we used room service and the food was also good there. No real vegetarian dishes, but they make vegetarian on request but charge full price. Overall we are very satisfied and found this hotel good value.»

«Unit was modern, clean, functional. Jessleton is an excellent location, right next to the mall and near the jetty and waterfront. Beware of phishing. I received multiple whatsapp phishing attempts related to this booking - they knew my name, and when and where I had booked to stay, so messages were convincing at first glance, but were not legit.»

«If it wasn’t for the fact that I found the door to my room open after returning from the rooftop pool area, I would have given a better score. It was most likely housekeeping that had forgot to close and lock the door after cleaning. Luckily I used the inroom safe and nothing else was stolen. Even though I reported it both to the reception and a guy from housekeeping, no one seemed to really care and I never even heard from anyone afterwards. Such things should never happen at a hotel of Mercure ...
