«Flott hotell, nærme waterfront i Miri. Kan anbefale hotellet på det varmeste»

«These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using ...

«Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.»

«Helpful staff that let me check in early :)»

«Hotel location is near industry area. It’s limited of food options. Staff are very friendly. The room is clean but the facilities are a bit outdated. No tissue box supplied. We had instant noodles one night and the container stayed in the room until we checked out.»

Such things should never happen at a hotel of Mercure ...

«Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Vennlig personale og rene rom.»
