Rolling in style for the game drive.
This big boy was deciding on whether to let us use our campsite or not. After all, he was there first and was quite comfortable lounging in Campsite 2. 10 minutes later he moved on, leisurely crushing trees, stripping bark from branches and generally not too worried about us. We were able to raise our tents without too much fuss, except for the monkeys. #Trovember means to go outside and experience life.
Getting pictures of the monkeys of Khwai are easy as they are extremely willing to visit and wait patiently for you to leave valuables lying around. Then bullet fast they will snatch a bright and shiny phone or necklace and race away to share their new prize. This young fella watched as mommy showed him how it was done. #Trovember is a great month to share photos!

Es handelt sich nicht um das ähnlich kostspielige Khwai Tented Camp, sondern lediglich um ein mobiles Zeltcamp mit einfachsten kleinen Zelten. Zwar war der Service der 5 Begleitpersonen gut, jedoch war die Getränkeauswahl extrem begrenzt! Wegen der trügerischen Verwechslungsgefahr zur weitaus komfotableren ...

Simple campsite with all necessary amenities you need. Excellent location, very close to North Gate. Breakfast is yummy and substantial. Fantastic staff, Salomon was friendly and helpful, and proved to be an excellent guide in the field. Bonus point for the wild dogs behind the campsite!

This red billed hornbill is identical to the one in the new Lion King. It is even sitting authentically on a termite hill which is an every day occurence in Africa.
