«I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed. «We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. »

«Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated.»

«One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. Really looking forward to our next visit! »

«Booked the hotel because of the location and it did not disappoint. Located in the Sa Pa centre but ideally away from the bustling area. Within 5min walk to the centre. Room was well maintained and clean. Staff have been extremely nice and polite. Very fluent in English, much to our surprise given that many locals in the area arent. Would definitely go to the same hotel if returning to Sa Pa.»

«It’s the people who made this a good stay. The staff is so kind and even tried to dry my clothes before I went on the bus. Ven (Ian) the guy at reception was amazing and so kind. The room was big however super noise since it was on the first floor. I did not feel safe as the locks on the door was quite bad, was well as the one to the balcony. Didn’t sleep very well due to noice from outside the room. There is some kind of door bell that kept ringing. Think it would be better to stay at another ...
