Stayed here many times. Nice staff but the hotel needs some maintenance. Dirty lobby Carpet. Easy to clean with carpet cleaner. Pool area not so clean and pool have a lot of sand. Breakfast has boring selection and same every day.

Vinduene mot bakgård kunne vært tykkere for mer lydisolasjon. U-bar holder til bak hotellet og musikken var plagsom fra 0000 -0300, dette er det eneste minuset med mitt opphold. Alt annet var helt fantastisk, rå standard, frokost og buffeter var noe for seg selv, wifi, roomservice og rengjøring var helt topp, anbefales på det sterkeste.

Staselig hotell, men trenger modernisering
Kort fortalt: Hotell som nok var veldig fint når det ble bygget/pusset opp for det som virker å være ca 30 år siden, men som nå virker utdatert og i behov av modernisering. Varmt på rommet, AC tar lang tid (24-36h) før innstilte seg til kaldere temperatur. Vi holdt det kaldt på dagtid og frøs heller litt, for å kunne ha en behagelig kjølig temperatur til natten. Ubehagelig/innestengt lukt i vår etasje (grunnet vegg-til-vegg-teppe? Uvisst). Ikke frisk/ordentlig appelsinjuice. Litt tørt brød. Frokosten virker mest tilpasset thai-frokost (ris) enn for vestlige, mest utvalg for thaifrokost. Spilte gammeldags/80-tallsmusikk i lobbyen; bidrar til å befeste inntrykket av utdatert hotell. Utdaterte møbler og interiør på hotellrommet samt på badet. Ikke så mye å finne på i lokalområdet; dinosaur-parken er 1,5-2h med taxi unna fikk vi beskjed om. Summa summarum føles som hotell noe under norsk/vestlig standard; vanlig hotell feks Quality vil være flere hakk over. Min mor mente de solgte brukte gjenstander med flekker på i butikken ved desken, men jeg kunne ikke se at de var brukte. Utstilte bilder (fotokunst) i rommet i ved siden av butikken, men disse var ikke til salgs. Treningsområdet fremstår eksklusivt (får håndkle, egen desk m/ansatte mm), men det hjelper lite når det også trenger modernisering. Hotell som passer for de som ikke er kresne og som vil ha et helt greit hotell som går fort i glemmeboka, til vanlig norsk pris, men som trolig er mye i Thailand (1000,- per natt ca).

In regards to aircorn, our hotel operates with a centralised air cooling system, which depending on the outside temperature will automatically adjust to an optimal temperature for each room. I am sorry that on this occasion the room temperature was not to your comfort. Our unlimited breakfast buffet is offering an extensive choice ranging from juices, fruits, baked items, cheese and cold cuts or hot dishes and drinks. However, we will take all your comments into great consideration. Flott, stort rom med utrolig bekvem seng.Putene er det ingen som slår! Stort bad med både badekar og dusjkabinett. Alt nødvvendig av toalettartikler. Safe på rommet. Minibar. Hyggelig betjening. Masse restauranter/barer i underetasjen. Utmerket frokost, visstnok dyr, men var inkludert i mitt tilfelle. Stor lobby med masse sitteplasser. Bakeri, reisebyrå, butikker på hotellet. Flere barer og resauranter i umiddelbar nærhet.

Luksushotell
Bra beliggenhet, selv om det for oss ikke betydde særlig. Resepsjonsområdet er meget stort med stoler og sofaer til å slappe av i, men kan også sitte med en drink e.l. da det er bar like i nærheten. Flott restaurant i 1.etg. Her var det uikke tillatt med shorts eller t-trøye. Frokost benyttet vi oss ikke av da den ikke var inkludert. Temmelig dyr etter thailands målestokk. I understasjen var jeg tysk restaurant, sushirestaurant, nattklubb, karaoke, og sportsbar med gratis dart og biljard. Svømmebasseng i 4.etg. Servering, håndklær ligger tilgjengelig. Mitt rom var ikke rengjort da jeg kom inn på rommet, men dette ble fort ordnet. Tror hotellet for enkelte kan virke for eksklusivt.

Once majestic hotel still has amazingly large rooms with amazing views and a certain ambience about it. But everything declining year on year, rooms need refitting, little things like toilets less well maintained, cupboard drawers not sliding in well, and generally under maintained, service levels gradually dropping too. No main Christmas tree for first time when have stayed at Christmas. Everything feels a bit tired, but it still is a special place and enjoyed my stay. Sadly without closure and full refit this will soon be a cheap budget hotel.
