«We did not actually stay at this property because of an unknown to us booking issue. We were transferred to a property called Blue Fort. We were provided all the details about how to find it prior to arrival. Communication was very good up until check in. The property is very large, bright and comfortable. «Highly recommend. First and foremost, the property staff were amazing and incredibly responsive. Not only did they have a ton of local recommendations to offer, but they were quick to help us whenever we asked. "Really enjoyed our stay! It was in the perfect hotel if you enjoy beautiful rooms, facilities and gorgeous scenery. A big plus was the proximity to the city while maintaing the private resort feeling. Staff was very friendly! We would definitely recommend a stay here. Only a few areas of improvement: During peak hours/days, service in the restaurant was a little chaotic - simple orders were forgotten (for example, we waited 10 minutes for a spoon) and staff seemed rushed. However, everything was 10/10 again once the weekend crowd disappeared. Pool/beach service was very friendly and helpful, however getting their attention proved to be quite difficult. It would also be nice if rooms were equipped with a full body mirror. These are all small things in our overall impression however, as the hotel made our stay in Kalamata fabulous!"
