Our self check-in ensures a seamless arrival. Guests will receive a personalized access code before arrival and direct contact with a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs, or recommendations during their stay. Boating & Private Dock Slip: We encourage boating. Here’s what you need to know for a safe experience:

- The dock accommodates boats up to 40’ long.

- There is no power or pump-out service at the slips.

- Navigating the Florida Keys can be challenging, so please proceed with caution.

Travel by car, boat, or plane to Modern Keys, The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer.
