BEWARE! Online shows picture of balcony with gorgeous water views but that is NOT what you will get. We got a view of a bbq pergola area with no water view. When we checked in it said they don't specify water view in description, but the pictures show otherwise.
Bed was full sized not queen. We were falling off the bed and squeezed in extremely tight.
There was no free breakfast offered as also stated.
Stayed locked outside of the room at midnight the room key would not open the door and the front office was closed so we had to call the security to open the door, he took 35 minutes.
Check out is at 10 am and at 9:50 am housekeeping will be knocking to make sure you are almost out of the door, Extremely rude.
Asked several times to speak with a manager they advised me he ( Daniel ) was out for the week. I waited a week to speak to him to see if I can get partially refunded or helped in any other way. He said he couldn't do anything about it. Save your money, we come down every 3 months and this is by far the worst hotel in key west with the worst customer service!
