Stayed here for one week. Not impressed. I should have taken the reviews seriously…
CONS: Room dated, but clean upon entering. Not clean after a week since housekeeping never vacuumed, swept or mopped tile floors. Two of the 7 days, they never showed up. I left notes daily asking for more towels. Two bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth isn’t enough for 2 adults. They read my note 2 of the 7 days. Some days they supplied clean coffee cups, some days they left the dirty ones in the room. Same with coffee. The sheets…I am guessing they have been washed over 100 times, since fitted sheet had worn spots and cotton was pitted in places. We slept on top sheet which was a bit newer. Breakfast is basic Continental, no meats, a lot of carbs and pre-packaged sides (oatmeal) to microwave. Did not open until 7:30 so 4 days of fishing meant we needed for it to open earlier, like most hotels. Parking is a nightmare. Not enough spots for rooms. If you get back to hotel after 9pm, there’s no where to park. The safe stopped working on day 3. There are 2 small bedside tables with 2 small drawers so don’t try to unpack for a week and expect storage. We lived out of suitcases.
PROS: The location and views are great. The sun rises right in front of your room. The restaurant next door made for easy meals; we ate there 2x. The pool looked nice as well as hot tub, but we did not use. Checking in was easy and lady in office very nice. The balcony in front of our room (306) was nice.
