Hoteller nær Kessingland Country Park

«A perfectly pleasant hotel, if a little generic, What it lacked in atmosphere as a place, was lifted by the helpful, friendly and cheerful staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home.»

«Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers.»

«We had a comfortable overnight stay (very comfortable bed!). Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. The food was good and the fish and chips are obviously a popular choice, and looked delicious. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.»

«Lovely big bathroom , very comfortable bed. Parking wasn’t a problem at all as parking right outside on the street .»

«Great ans sharming place situated close to the river. Very good cask ale!»

«Ideal for what I needed, arriving in the dark was tricky as there was no light over the access door. Good value for money»

«Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both.»

«Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on.»

«We only stayed for one night but it was brilliant. The cupcakes, milk and eggs left for us were a really lovely touch. My granddaughter was so sad to leave that we will bring the whole family next summer.»
