«Room was very dirty and Our booking was for nonsmoking room but We found 2 cigarettes buds in the room. We paid high rate through Expedia and it did not include breakfast. Hot water was not coming and place for driver stay was also very dirty.»

«Cosy. Nice room. Nice staff.»

«Great stay - until check-out, as this hotel cannot accept international credit cards. Our driver could fortunately pay our bill with his local bankcard.»

«We were amongst the first visitors in this amazing property. The staff and the place are truly amazing.»

«For starters, we booked a 2 double bed family room (suite) but on reaching the hotel offered only a normal 1 double bed room, which was in the basement. After we pushed back, a dark, damp room with 2 double beds was shown, which was practically unlivable because of the dampness. So we had to settle for the smaller room. This also was poorly maintained overall and in an area of the hotel which was more the wedding event venue rather than being part of hotel. Hotel meal and snack prices were too ...

«It's a hotel in pathetic condition. Lots of repair work, noise, not clean, no geyser. No hot water in the midst of cold dipping temperatures.»

«When we got there at 5 pm most of the rooms had not been cleaned. The linen is pretty terrible and the pillows. Things didn’t work. Out of seven rooms booked for my party istheonly one to get hot water. The road into the property is earth and as bumpy as. The grounds are lovely but they have dropped the ball badly with the rooms. Such potential.»
