«For starters, we booked a 2 double bed family room (suite) but on reaching the hotel offered only a normal 1 double bed room, which was in the basement. After we pushed back, a dark, damp room with 2 double beds was shown, which was practically unlivable because of the dampness. So we had to settle for the smaller room. This also was poorly maintained overall and in an area of the hotel which was more the wedding event venue rather than being part of hotel.
Hotel meal and snack prices were too ...

«When we got there at 5 pm most of the rooms had not been cleaned. The linen is pretty terrible and the pillows. Things didn’t work. Out of seven rooms booked for my party istheonly one to get hot water. The road into the property is earth and as bumpy as. The grounds are lovely but they have dropped the ball badly with the rooms. Such potential.»
