"The property wasn't very clean and had the personal effects of the home owner in piles on the various patios. There was a pool slide that didn't seem safe to use near the pool with wasps living in and the pool wasn't very clean. There was no drinking water provided. The fridge was not plugged in or cold. There was a dog on the property that was not listed in the description. I tried to receive pictures of the additional bedrooms from the host for months before hand but she never sent them and...

"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

"It's a beautiful house and amazing pool. Loved it. Everything and the house was great. I was a little disappointed that there was only a half a roll of toilet paper and I had to use tissues I had in my backpack. Thank God I had some. The living room was super hot. No AC and the fans can't even cool that area. The monkeys are insane. The only dining table is outside in the garden and I put my new box of orange juice out there, walked back in the kitchen to grab my food and when I came back out...

"Nana as a host was very caring. We took the SGR from Nairobi to Mombasa and arrived alittle early I contacted her and requested her if we could check in early she gladly agreed we checked in 6 hours early and we were very appreciative of that it gave us more time to enjoy the house the view and the calm environment. The house is as seen on the pictures very close to the beach. She had her house keeping lady come in to help us clean the house. She also hooked us up with madafu which are grown in...

"The location is pretty good, the way to the ocean is close, but pretty rough. A good store is not within walking distance, but a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated, but roomy. The pool is spacious, looks outdated but clean, the good part is that there are usually not many people there. The guards at the property are very friendly."
