«It seemed as if we got a “new” room which was kind of nice but they forgot to install the toilet paper holder and supply a roll. Also, fridge was off and we had to peel the new tv film off and get assistance to get volume. It’s ok for the price but the pics online are not a true representation of what it looks like inside or outside. »

«It’s extremely affordable and for the price the room was basic and clean. Parking is directly in front of your room and there wasn’t much around the motel, so it feels safe. The room had a smell which we think was cleaning products that was a little strong.»

«It was clean and everything worked--more than I could say for many other more expensive rooms I've stayed in. The shower was exceptionally good. Watch out for the hot water: very hot! The TV had Netflix, Hulu, Roku, & Vudu. And they worked. On the downside, the furnishings and carpet were worn, but not terrible. »

«I never had a chance to stay because the office closed at 9 pm and NO ONE would answer the phone. In fact, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. What hotel doesnt have a person on site at all times?!! I spoke with a gentleman at the liquor store and he said he heard of this problem every weekend. If you're going to close at 9 make it in BOLD PRINT.»

«Check-in was seamless, my family enjoyed the accommodations even though the weather outside was dismal. Parked by at times was challenging but we dealt with it. I must admit NO dishwasher at a vacation rental came as a surprise. None of us cared to deal with that chore. Septic issues cut bathroom access and shower access down significantly. «My husband and I and our dog had a lovely getaway on "Julia's Arc". This was our first time on a Houseboat and it was a wonderful experience. So much light! And the movement of the boat was just enough to be comforting. The home was very clean and beautifully adorned with great attention to detail.
