Before allowing anyone over, we reviewed the listing and saw that parties and events, including family gatherings, were allowed with a maximum of 30 attendees. Based on that, we believed we were following the property’s stated rules.Shortly afterward, the host began sending messages accusing us of ...

«I hope I can come back and add more to this review as I don't have a lot of time, but our stay here just north of Chicago was a great experience, great house, and great communication with the host. I've never stayed somewhere that the host was so attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely seek out one of Tim's properties.»

«Communication with Sean was great. The property had everything we needed on our stay. It was nice that we didn't bring or even need to go get a bunch of odds and ends, because they were provided. Tons of lounging spots, which was great with our teenage daughters lol. We would definitely stay again.»

During our stay the BBQ quit working and within a few hours the owner was back with a brand new BBQ and built it the same day. «This house worked well for our family. It is located in a very quiet but easily accessible neighborhood. There is lots of common space to enjoy together, both inside and out. Some of the things we really enjoyed were the outside play area and patio, the well equipped kitchen and the baby/toddler equipment. There were plenty of towels and little extras in the bathroom and kitchen in case you forgot something. We would definitely stay here again!»
