Welcome to our breathtaking City View House, 10min drive to Kelowna Airport and nestled within a stunning 101-acre mountain. This magnificent wooden oasis offers a serene escape with mesmerizing city views. With 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 1 sofa bed, our home can maximum suit 16 people and is perfect for large groups or families seeking a memorable getaway.

Main floor has a huge dinning space. The main kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom not only has its own bathroom with a large tub, but also a massive walk-in closet. There are two more bedrooms on the main floor, with queen and double bed respectively. Having fun with your families and friends in the living room with the 75" TV and game consoles. An office area is prepared if you need to work during the stay. Enjoy the stunning city view from the sunny deck when having BBQ. Going downstairs there is a second living space with a large table. That's the place for board games. Beside it is a Futon sofa bed opposite to a 55" TV. You will find other playing equipment there. The downstairs has two more bedrooms, with 3 Queen Bed in total. There is also a kitchenette for preparing foods to be consumed outside. Going outside, nothing is more exciting than having a pool party. On the patio you will find a swimming pool, a 7-person hot tub, and another BBQ. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the whole house. All amenities are sure to please the most discerning of guests.

The house is located in the golden valley of Okanagan. Within 10min drive you can reach: Sunset Ranch golf court, Ancient Hill Estate Winery, Mill Creek Regional Park, and countless local farms. Want to go fishing out of the city? James Lake is 20min drive away. Loving skiing? 1 Hour drive to Big White.

The majority of this house is powered by the solar, equipped with both solar electricity storage and water heating system. It aims to provide you with a stunning and seamless living experience even during the power outage.
