«The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast.»

«the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that.»

«We have stayed this hotel for the last four years for an event we attend. It is the best kept secret in the area. You feel like you are in your own private lodge away from everything. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and the price for seniors is so nice. The pool area rivals those at high end resorts. Many areas to relax and quietly read a book. The staff was so very nice both at the front desk and the restaurant. Just a top-notch visit.»

«The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.»

«Room was dirty upon arrival and not well maintained. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling and would hit the bathroom door every time we closed it. We stayed 3 nights/ 4 days and our room was not cleaned at all. We never even saw anyone from room service our entire stay. Our first night the hotel was overrun with bikers for Ohio bike week.
