«This is a really cheap guesthouse and I do understand that you can't expect much for the value, but seriously. I booked here because I saw review somewhere that it was ok to stay. To be honestly, the most important thing to me is it has to be clean. When we went inside to our room, it's dirty everywhere. They never clean the fridge, not under the bed and then the bathroom. So outdated. It was barely we want to take a shower or go to the toilet. I didn't trust the bedsheet either so I had my own ...

«Notre séjour d’une nuit était très bien. Chambre propre et grande. Climatisation chambre 212 pas vraiment très froide mais convenable. Nous avons eu un petit déjeuné excellent ! J’aimerai mettre en avant l’accueil que nous avons eu, Madame UMI était très souriante et très gentille avec nous.»

«It was good option for us - 5 mins walk to the seafood restaurants and near the airport. We booked 4 nights in standard room but upgraded to improved room next day - and it was very worth it, as the other room was newly refurbished and had new furniture. It was pretty clean 'in Bali standarts' with cool aircon. Breakfast options are nice (we liked the pancakes). We didn't use the pool here but booked scooter at reception. The staff are friendly and helpful.»

«Dion and your restaurant staff were lovely. However your property needs a major renovation. Simple things like new towels, bedsheets, milk pods in the frig etc would make a difference. I realise that you are a budget hotel but at the moment you are a very ordinary budget hotel. You could be a GREAT budget hotel. Floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, no spare toilet rolls., one elevator didn't work. THANK YOU»

«Rommet var stort og fint, området var stille og rolig, og servicen var veldig god! De hadde brukt god tid på å pynte sengen før vi kom, noe vi ikke hadde bestilt på forhånd. Frokosten ble levert på rommet nøyaktig som avtalt, og de ansatte var blide og behjelpelige da vi lurte på noe. Rask wifi på rommet. Beliggenheten føltes sentral. Badet var ikke så fint, og det var en vannlekkasje som førte til at gulvet på badet alltid var vått. »

«Absolutely fantastic! We stayed for four nights and would easily come back. The hotel is new and fresh with big modern rooms. The pool is really nice bad the gym has the things you need to get your exercise done. Staff is also superfriendly :)»
