«Villa d’Irene is close to the airport and perfect for a stopover - but is also a destination in itself. Our family of five were given a warm welcome with great hospitality. The family running the small hotel made sure we got to and from the airport with no stress, showed us the best beach and the best food in the area, and showed the kids the pool. We felt like we were visiting friends. Warmly recommended.»

«I liked the personal service the owner gave. And, I also liked that it was not a large chain hotel. Although I did not walk all the way to the Sea (because I had been up for 24 hours travelling), I did walk far enough to know I could have easily walked to the nearby beach and small beach town that I could see from the room balcony. «We loved Iris Villa, it is very quiet and a beautiful property. Gorgeous early morning walks. Loved the morning breakfast. But it should be advertised that there is no dining close by, at least not in the slow season. We found a small market still open our first night to buy some food to eat for dinner after driving half an hour away to find a restaurant but no available parking and a very long wait. Driving in the dark on the very curvy mountain roads is not for everyone!»

«Highly recommended altogether. Spectacular views, cozy, peaceful and clean place with super helpful and friendly staff. An own or a rental car is recommended, the way to the accomodation is a little bit longer than what is convenient to walk, and the road may be relatively challenging for motos. But once you establish your way to go there, being there is super relaxing. A place which you can call a true happy place. Especially suitable for couples. Thank you! »

«This place will take your money and ghost you. My friend and I were flying in at 1am so we figured we should find a place that has self check in to stay the night by the airport. The property had given us instructions and a combination to open the box with the key. We show up, open the box, no key. We check everywhere and even tried calling them multiple times. No answer.
