«Check in was bad, we got there early (2 hours ) and just wanted to see if she could get our credit info and pre check us in so we can check us in later at 3pm. Her response as we showed up to window was “im too busy right now, check in is at 3 pm”. I’m ok with that but my problem was there were four other set of people that came after ward between 1pm - 2:30pm and were able to check in without “having to come back till 3pm”. Her response later that our room wasn’t ready was not true because ...
«My stay was terrible. We were suppose to be refunded for 1 night because our flight was cancelled due to the hurricane. I emailed the manager multiple times as told to by the staff and never got a reply. So I paid 500 plus dollars a day for a room I was unable to use for no fault of my own. I would never stay here again. The staff was not helpful. And the food was expensive and not very good.»
