The Space:

Villa Elisa in Istria is a private four bedroom villa perfect for families and friends. The ground floor includes a living and dining area, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Outside, guests enjoy a garden, terrace, and private pool. Located in the peaceful village of Rojci, the villa offers air conditioning, a barbecue, and a workspace. Children are welcome with a crib and high chair available on request. Local shops and restaurants are nearby, and Lanterna beach is a short drive away.



Guest Access:

Villa Elisa is yours to enjoy in complete privacy. You have full access to both floors, including the living and dining areas, kitchen, and four bedrooms. Outside, you can relax in the private garden, on the sunny terrace, and by the swimming pool, which is available for your exclusive use from May through SOctober. Two private parking spaces are provided for your convenience.

Villa Elisa is located in the peaceful village of Rojci, offering a serene escape perfectly positioned for your Istrian adventures. You will find privacy and relaxation in this quiet setting. The vibrant town of Porec is a short drive away, featuring historic streets, museums, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful Lanterna beach is also easily accessible for swimming and water sports. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling and hiking, making this villa a fantastic base for both quiet retreats and active family outings.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving at Villa Elisa in Rojci by car, as public transport is limited. A vehicle offers the best flexibility for exploring the Istrian coast and nearby towns like Porec. Two private parking spaces are available on site. If flying, Pula Airport is the nearest hub, located about a fifty minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Included services include access to our private swimming pool which is available seasonally from May 1 to October 1.

Guests also enjoy complimentary WiFi, fresh towels, bed linen, air conditioning, and free parking on the premises.

Regarding optional services, please note that pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10 EUR per day, though dangerous dog breeds are strictly prohibited.

For your convenience, we provide a crib and high chair upon request. Please be aware that our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

To comply with safety regulations, all guests must complete an online check-in process prior to arrival, which includes providing identification.
