«We absolutely loved our stay at Bigfoot Lodging Cottage #2 It’s a very authentic cabin in the woods experience. The original vintage wood interior and squeaky wood floors added a lot to the ambiance. Plenty of outdoor space for grilling steaks or making campfire s’mores. The grounds are fun and funky with lots of interesting things to see including a pond and creek. The family that runs it is warm and accommodating with a small store that sells drinks and snacks. « I decided not to do pets. Ski access fine. Was able to get to main road Tuesday morning. Someone had been through. The heater was great this time. Recall it was not so great last stay, but the stove was fun when I got the wood. The hot tub I never figured out. Seemed like it heated a bit on Sunday, not a bit on Monday. Maybe I just don't know the controls. I will probably book again?»

«We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter ...

«Excellent host! Answered questions asap! This home is extremely convenient to town, yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Having the spices, condiments, and so much more available was awesome! Felt like home folks! No dvd player, but with all of the selections for watching about anything, you seriously won't miss that. We seriously hated leaving! If I'm ever in Sisters again, I'm hoping this home will be available and will stay for a longer vacation.»
