«This house was really perfect for my family and I for a couple night getaway. Everything has been really well maintained and was comfortable all around. The sauna was a nice bonus and worked perfectly. The location is also so convenient in walking distance to town shops but set apart for privacy and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!»

«We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter ...

«The cabin has a nice well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds with nice towels and blankets. However, the heating unit downstairs needs repair which was not great as it got really cold the last night of our stay. The fire pit is lovely but the chairs need replacing because they are mostly cracked from the sun and one broke at the back. We communicated with the owner about dead batteries and missing remotes but there was no followup. »
