Gerne wieder ☺️»

«Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere. ...

«Our family of 12 adults (5 couples, 2 singles) booked one night here prior to our next day flight home. I wish we could have stayed longer. The property manager and host arranged helpful transport and saw that we had all that we needed. The property is spacious, extremely clean and lovingly maintained with guest comfort in mind. There are numerous bedrooms and baths - everyone had their pick- and many areas to relax both inside and on the outdoor porches. Shops, cafes and the beach itself was ...

«Stayed at this fabulous villa for 10 nights. The sunset views are amazing and we enjoyed these every evening by the pool. All the facilities were excellent including the outdoor seating and tables, comfortable bedrooms etc. Our host Alexander was always available with prompt and friendly messages if we had any questions or requests. And the small town of Batsi (a short drive away) is lovely, with many restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!»
