«The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys»

During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told ...

18. Chalets & Apartments Wachterhof

Kaltenbach

«Looking forward to a quite vacation in the arms of the beautiful mountains, i was greeted by Bulldozers and road construction. And the worse part is, it was being done by the owner of the Chalet i rented. It just sliped his mind to mention this in his confirmation email right? Right! So instead of waking up to the sounds of birds and the smell of wet grass, i woke up everyday to the sounds of big machines working the road and the smell of tar and diesel. To make things even worse, facilities ...
