Ein sauberer und großer Bungalow mit Außenküche und großem Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Hotel très propre avec un bon personnel. Bon petit déjeuner. Pour ce qui est de l'emplacement c'est top, il faut compter 10 a 12 minutes de marche pour arriver sur les places animées, sinon l'hôtel propose la location de scooter (presque indispensable pour profiter pleinement d'un sejour a phuket et pas très dangereux, c'était ma premiere fois et pas de problème) Rapport qualité prix excellent, si je reviens je reprend cet hôtel sans hesiter.

Great hotel with amazing staff !
The hotel has a good location, close to the beach and to many good restaurants. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It is even possible to rent a scooter directly at the hotel. It was a great journey there and would totally recommend !

Lovely stay in suite for 14 days
Stayed in the suite for 14 days and it was perfect for our family (2 adults and 1 child). The suite was luxurious and clean. Staff was helpful and kind and the pool was nice and relaxing. Hotel close to restaurants and beach in both Kata and Karon.

В целом хорошо. Нас поселили в номере люкс на два дня, видимо наш Делюкс был занят. Остальные три дня мы жили в Делюкс, большой разницы мы не почувствовали, только в люксе есть кухня, джакузи и он побольше. Для нас это все лишнее, на отдыхе мы не готовим и не сидим в джакузи когда у нас под боком шикарное море ) микроволновка конечно это плюс. Но мы не видим смысла переплачивать вдвое, когда вы отдыхаете вдвоём. Это все к тому что делюкс номер нам понравился даже больше, с балконом, где приятно проводить время. Брали у них в аренду байк, в залог берут паспорт (не очень спокойно становится каждый раз когда оставляешь байк на улице), вернули паспорт без проблем через два дня аренды, но всё же я бы советовала им брать залог в 100$ как в других прокатах. Мне кажется сейчас вообще уже никто в Тае не берет паспорт в залог. По итогу для моего спокойствия пришлось арендовать байк на остальные дни отдыха в другом месте за 100$ залога.

Notre chambre B14 était située au 1er étage côté rue mais nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit car peu de circulation Il y a également des bungalows plus en arrière près de la piscine Chambre pratique avec un grand banc pour y déposer 2 valises Personnel accueillant qui vous dépose en 5 mn à la grande plage de Kata beach

夜はフロントに人がいない。
5歳の娘と人で2泊滞在しました。 フライトの関係で到着が深夜になってしまいました。フロントは不在で電話してもつながらず・・しばらく待ったところで奥から人が出てきて対応いただきましたが、非常に不安な到着でした。部屋自体は清潔で快適！スタッフの方も親切で良かったんですが、最終日夜に水が出ないというトラブルが。フロントに行くとまたスタッフ不在で対応にしばらく時間がかかりました。他の部屋の方も水が出ないということでロビーに集まっていました。その後は10分ほど待てば水が出るからということで、だいたい時間通りに水がもどりました。ただ、水の濁りがひどくシャワーを浴びるにも抵抗があるような感じでした。Wifiは問題なくつながります。歯ブラシ類はありません。シャワーキャップと綿棒、シャンプー＆ボディーソープのみ置いてありました。

Very good place to stay. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was outstanding. Spouse and I stayed for a week and were very relaxed the whole time.

Maravilha o Kata Tranquil Villa
O Kata Villa é um hotel pequeno mas muito acolhedor, tem um transfer para as praias de Kata ou Karon gratuito, estas praias são excelentes. O Hotel fica a qunze minutos a pé do centro de Kata ou Karon onde podem encontrar óptimos e baratos restaurantes, assim como comércio de todo o tipo, se alugar uma pequena mota está muito à vontade para visitar as pequenas e óptimas praias que ficam na zona..O Hotel tratou de todos os tours e transfers que fizemos, os preços não eram exagerados e conseguiram competir com as lojas de tours... Mesmo perto do Hotel existem restaurantes e foi naquele que é o mais simples que se come melhor e barato.. A piscina era óptima atendendo ao tipo de hotel, os quartos espaçosos e os empregados de uma simpatia extraordinária, desde da recepção ao motorista... Se voltar a Kata ficaria instalado novamente no KATA Tranquil Villa....Hotel quase novo e com todas as condições..e obrigado à Hotéis. com por ter sempre respondido às minhas questões sobre o Hotel..

Fint hotel
Et hotel af ok standard. Intet fantastisk - men et fint hotel til prisen. Ligger mellem Kota og Karon strand hvilket er fint. Omkring 15 mind gang til Karon strand og 25 min til Kata strand.

Excellent botique hotel in Phuket
Great little botique hotel in the Kata area of Phuket. Off of the main street so it is clean and quiet. The hotel was an oasis of clean after coming back for the night. Kata Tranquil Villa was a great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that the staff turned off the air conditioning while I was out even after I rigged it to stay on leading to a very hot room when I returned.

Excellent place to stay
The staff here were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Easy to book taxis with and/or through them, helpful with local attractions and directions. We had dinner there most nights because the food was amazing! Rooms were nice and clean, and cleaned every day. Aircon, free wifi, walking distance to the beach but they do have a shuttle to Karon and Kata beaches every day. A bit further back from the beach means it's quieter than a lot of other places which we liked. A wonderful place to stay - highly recommend.

Disappointing
Overrated hotel that shouldn't even have the word 'tranquil' in its name. It's located next to a busy road used as shortcut by very noisy moped bikes and cars. When I booked this hotel, I specifically booked a separate bungalow in order to switch off and have a relaxing break. Sadly I was placed in a bungalow located right by the busy road, the walls of the bungalow are so thin, that regardless of how tired I was, I could not sleep. When I asked the reception desk staff to kindly move me to another bungalow, the employee manning the reception desk was picking his nose the whole time I spoke with him and was extremely unpleasant. I couldn't believe this vulgar behavior. Following my request, the hotel staff suggested that I move in one of the hotel rooms, which is also standing right by the same busy road. At this point, I couldn't take their crap anymore, and I demanded that given the room rate I paid, they had to place me in a bungalow that was not adjacent to the busy road. They reluctantly agreed to do it. But even during my stay in a so called quiet bungalow, from 6 AM there was loud tree cutting and some sort of construction going on. It did not even occur to the hotel management to acknowledge or apologize for the noise. In addition the towels provided by the hotel smelled of mold. The shower did not have hot water. The breakfast was not either. Unpleasant stay. Never again.

Excellent value and happy staff
I have lived in Phuket for 4 years and have stayed in many hotels / guest houses during my time in Thailand. I was in the process of moving house and needed somewhere to stay locally. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the room was immaculate. I would highly recommend this hotel.

All is good.
Would like to update they do have service for airport transfer at 1000b. Area is much more serene compared to patong area. There are nearby reastaurant and also a 24hrs mart. Overall, hotel is decent. No complains. The hotel does gives a resort vibe when its actually just along a street.

quiet hotel need to rent motor bike to get around
The hotel is in a quiet location with easy access to Kata and Karon ,you need to rent a motor bike to get around THB 250 from the hotel .Breakfast a little limited .Staff helpful and polite ,pool is small but was never crowded on our visit. The twin room was clean and modern and was cleaned every day ,bed linen and towels were changed regularly . Room had aircon with a fan on the balcony

Это был второй отель нашей поездки. После Патонга окунулись в тишину. При заезде, владелец не смог найти наше бронирование, увы. Его система броней - это толстая тетрадь с записями от руки. Посмотрев бронь в моем телефоне, хозяин предложил нам номер ниже класса, но который оказался вполне хорош. Бронировали виллу без завтраков, а достался номер с балконом плюс завтраки. Номер отличный. Чистый, уютный. Кондей отлично работал. Слышимость соседей очень слабая, это несомненный плюс. Кровати такие удобные!!! Мягкие, воздушные. Супер. Убирались хорошо. Бельё постелтное за 5 дней не меняли. Сантехника хорошая и рабррает отлично! в других отелях - либо кипяток, либо ледяная, здесь же всё рабоиало исправно. Завтраки хорошие, тосты, джемы, чай, булки, фрукты. Остальное платно. До моря и любых приличных кафе минут 20 под гору. Если ноги молоды, то это не проблема. Вокруг нет ничего. Отель находится в очень тихой зоне. Всё было хорошо, но вот при отъезде владелец отеля решил, что в номере не хватает зонтиков. Он решил, что мы их забрали. Хотя при заезде никаких зонтиков не было. После небольшого спора, он от нас отсал. Это смазало все хорошие впечатления об отеле, увы. На английском говорит только владелец. Хорошее спокойное место. Только проверяйте наличие мифических зонтиков в номерах при заселении

Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. The Rooms are new and cleaned every day. Food is very good and cheap and if you wanna eat outside you have plenty of restaurants to choose from. The Owner was very cool and showed us the best places we should visit on Phuket.

Good value stay not too far from the beach
Wonderful getaway, quiet hotel about 2km walk to Kata beach. Large villa, good beds, airco etc, even a microwave. Cold fridge. Not far to Kwong, a good restaurant. Laundry good, even found a missing jeans. Restaurant on site ok, but Kwong is better :) Pool smallish but ok, as usually empty. Occasional Russian to be heard vomiting somewhere, and traffic can be faintly heard, but relaxing. Recommended.

Nice family vacation

Loved it! Great staff, clean, friendly, good locat
Love it love it love it!! The site is spotless. Room cleaning every day very efficient, we go for breakfast ( which is great by the way) come back and room has been cleaned! Villa exactly the same as pictured on the Internet. Lovely clean pool. Great air con. Safe in room, requested an infant crib (4 month old baby) one brought straight away and set up with bedding, pillow, cover, excellent soft mattress, my bed was very comfortable, good soft mattress, bedding changed every two days, clean towels every day including separate pool towels. Good food on site. Near to supermarkets and plenty of food shacks with very cheap very good food ( 50 baht). 15 minute walk to kata beach with everything you could need there. 200 baht tuktuk, but hotel has a shuttle. Now as if all this was not enough I get to the icing on the cake THE STAFF AND OWNER! they are some of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure to come across, any issues, problems, queries and the staff will deal with them happily and quickly, they have made phone calls, translated, printed our forward travel emails off for us, at breakfast we have one of the lovely staff come over and take the baby and play with him while we have our breakfast they love baby's here. I can't praise them enough. We love it here and hopefully will stop longer. But we will definitely be back next year!!!! We are one happy family at finding this fantastic place! 10/10++++

Hôtel situé à 15 minutes à pied de la plage de Karon.Hôtel en retrait de la route passante. Chambre propre et spacieuse avec balcon. Très belle piscine au calme dans un cadre apaisant. Ménage fait tous les jours et serviettes changer tous les jours également. Pas de restauration, ni petit déjeuner, mais un restaurant est situé à 50m de là. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

så bedre ud på nettet, foto shop...
et lille sted lidt langt fra alfa vej personalet reder stedet for dens beliggenhed og mangler omgivelserne er som mange andre steder i Thailand, slidt bare det hvis man ikke ved hvor man skal gøre af ting, ja så brænder man dem bare af på stedet uden hensyntagen til omgivelserne... en af de ting hvor jeg tænker, ahh der må findes en anden måde... dog er området fyldt med bitte små spise steder så hvis man er til rigtig Thai mad ja så er mulighederne rigtig gode og med lave priser... men husk at sige, ikke for stærkt... også selv om man godt kan lide rigtig stærkt mad... billig transport med Tuk Tuk i området men faktisk ikke længer væk end man kan gå til stranden og andet så tæt i luft linje at man med den rigtig vind retning kan høre der bedes hos/i Big Buddha og som så mange andre steder på Phuket blev der også bygget nyt ved hotellet, en restaurant mellem to af bygningerne samlet lå stedet lidt spredt i forhold til den foto serie på hjemme siden...

Das beste Hotel unseres Thailand Trips. Nah zu den Stränden Karon und Kata Beach. Saubere Zimmer (ich bin sehr penibel)! Der Preis ist einfach klasse. Hilfsbereites & sehr nettes Personal! Wenn Phuket, dann wieder hier. Definitiv. Man kann sich auch für nur 150 Baht/Tag einen Roller ausleihen. Der Boss (Mexikaner) sehr cooler Typ. Spricht auch super deutsch.

Had a wonderful stay..
The only thing I could fault was, it had said airport shuttle which it didn't do.. and as it isn't well known and a little off the main area some drivers were unsure if it's whereabouts.. my experience on a shuttle bus from airport was not good. Could not fault our stay, staff are friendly, rooms were great, clean, not to small, pool was so nice and I loved the fact that they gave you towels for the pool separate to your shower towel.. and they were good towels.. A bit of a walk to the beach, but plenty of tuk tuks around if you want.. would recommend..

Trevligt hotell men undvik sviterna! Vår var väldigt mörk, bubbelbadet var iskallt med smutsigt vatten och när vi kom hem på kvällen var det fullt av kackerlackor i hela sviten. Vi fick byta till ett billigare rum för resten av vistelsen, och fick en mycket liten rabatt om vi ville stanna fler nätter än de vi bokat. För att komma till stranden eller restauranger fick man gå längst en ganska hårt trafikerad väg.

The place is quite far from the beach (about 5mins with bike). But, the scenery is very nice. I liked the privacy. The swimming pool was nice and not so many guests were in the pool. No breakfast, no cafe (I wish they have it). Service was extremely good. The hoteliers never failed to smile at us. I'd wish to come back to this place if I ever visit Phuket again. Highly recommendable specially for couples who needs some privacy.

Absoluter Ort zum Wohlfühlen - ein zu Hause
Wir sind zu 4. angereist, auch einen Tag später durch unseren verpassten Flug würden wir bereits freudig erwartet. Unseren 14 tägigen Aufenthalt konnten wir in einer der Garten Villas genießen, super viel Platz, und ein Ort zur Enstpannung nach einem aufregenden Tag bot der schöne Balkon. Die Sauberkeit war gepflegt, jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und Wasser aufgefüllt, der Strand von Karon und Kata ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, auch wenn es mal 20 min dauern kann, so kann man perfekt die Gegend erkunden & sich auf dem Weg ein tolles Restaurant suchen. Alles sind super zuvorkommend und so hatten wir einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!
