Sea & mountain view villa with pool, tropical garden and amazing staff

Perched on a cliff overlooking the beautiful bay of Candidasa, Samuh Hill Residence offers a serene and private escape. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, an infinity pool, and a dedicated team, you’ll have everything you need to feel completely at ease.


The space
Through the large sliding doors in the living room and kitchen, you step onto the terrace, featuring an infinity pool and comfortable sun loungers. A walk through the garden takes you past fragrant flowers, fruit trees, and vibrant tropical plants. Here, you can cool off under the outdoor shower while enjoying the breathtaking views over the bay. Due to the villa’s unique location, you can watch the fishing boats head out in the morning and enjoy stunning sunsets in the evening.

Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with views over the bay, a luxurious en-suite bathroom, a balcony, and air conditioning for maximum comfort.


Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire villa, including the swimming pool, tropical garden, and driveway. These areas are exclusively accessible to you and our staff.

Our staff is usually present from early morning until late afternoon. They are there to help whenever needed, and if you prefer complete privacy at any time, you can simply let them know.


Other things to note
Water, Wi-Fi, staff, linens, and taxes are included. Breakfast and transfers are optional. Our manager Wayan can arrange airport transfers (or transport to any other location), and she can also prepare breakfast for €7 per person per day at a time of your choice.

Good to know: There is currently ongoing construction in Bali, including in the area around the villa. While this has rarely impacted guests’ stays and we have only received two reports so far, we want to be transparent about it.


Where you’ll stay
Candidasa is a peaceful coastal village on the island’s east coast, far removed from the crowds of the south. Life moves at a slower pace here, with ocean views, traditional fishing boats, and a more authentic Balinese atmosphere.

Along the coastline, you’ll find a relaxed mix of restaurants, local warungs, and small shops, while the surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for diving, snorkeling, hiking, and exploring nearby temples and rice fields.


Getting around
The villa is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Denpasar Airport. Our manager Wayan can arrange airport transfers, as well as transportation to other destinations across Bali.
