Welcome to the "Sea View 28" house in Olpenitz. This detached house features an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house boasts a beautiful location surrounded by greenery and is very close to the Baltic Sea. The large windows provide plenty of natural light, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere.
After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The sofa easily converts into two additional sleeping spaces (140 x 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking with the family.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm) offering views of the Baltic Sea, and the other with two single beds. One of the single beds can be extended to create an additional sleeping space (80 x 200 cm). Also upstairs is a bathroom with a window, a relaxing bathtub, a toilet, and a towel warmer.
On the ground floor, there is another bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a special feature: an infrared sauna. On sunny days, you can relax on the terrace, enjoy your vacation, and spend balmy summer evenings there with your family. A barbecue is also a great option.
A travel cot and a highchair are available for children. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house for your cars. The house is offered for 4 adults and 2 children.
