Enjoy your holiday in the charming thatched-roof house "Reethüüs" overlooking the Schlei fjord. Built in 2023, this ecologically and sustainably designed thatched-roof house on the Schlei terraces offers space for up to 5 people and is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the town of Kappeln.
The semi-detached house extends over three floors and offers two bedrooms, a light-filled living and dining area with access to the terrace, and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find the open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating. Adjacent to the dining area is the open-plan kitchen, which is high-quality and superbly equipped. Also located on the ground floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and natural light.
On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe. Here you'll also find the second bathroom with a walk-in shower and natural light.
From the first floor, you can access the gallery on the second floor, which offers a cozy retreat. A fifth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The house has a carport, allowing you to park conveniently right next to the house. Attached to the carport is a lockable storage room where you can safely store your bicycles.
The terrace invites you to relax outdoors, and the surrounding garden offers peace and tranquility. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Schlei fjord and the surrounding landscape from the holiday home.
