Welcome to "Huus-Yvonne" in Olpenitz! This detached holiday home offers approximately 80 m² of living space for up to six people. It features an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV via Magenta TV or have a games night. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), providing additional sleeping space for two children. A high chair, a travel cot, and children's dishes and cutlery are available for the little ones. The kitchen has everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking with the family.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-size box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and the other has two single box-spring beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs with Magenta internet access and wardrobes. Blackout curtains are provided in both bedrooms for restful nights.
One bathroom is located on the ground floor and includes a shower, a vanity mirror, a hairdryer, and the highlight: an infrared sauna. Warm up and relax here on cold days! The other bathroom is on the first floor and offers a bathtub, a vanity mirror, and a hairdryer.
On sunny days, you can relax on the furnished terrace! Enjoy your vacation days on the sun loungers or in the beach chair! On balmy summer evenings, you can end the day with a cozy barbecue on the charcoal grill with your family.
A parking space is available in front of the house for your car. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike shed or park them at the bike rack right next to the house.
