The "Hafen Loft" holiday apartment is located in the newly built OstseeResort Olpenitz. In the luxurious "Hafen Loft" apartment, spanning approximately 120 m² over two floors and situated directly on the marina, you can enjoy your dream vacation.
Thanks to the use of high-quality, eco-friendly materials, the loft-style design, and the large, partially covered roof terrace, you'll feel completely at ease.
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom has two single box-spring beds (90x200 cm), while the other two bedrooms each offer a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm).
From the bedroom with the two single beds, you can access the small balcony, which overlooks the harbor. The large bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor.
On the top floor, you'll find the spacious living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen, designed in a loft style and forming the heart of the apartment. This floor also provides access to the L-shaped, southwest-facing roof terrace.
Bathed in sunshine all day long, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the harbor, the Schlei fjord, and the surrounding countryside. You can also relax in your private beach chair and enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail at sunset.
The living room features a fireplace, perfect for cozying up in during the colder months.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a variety of high-quality appliances, including a Thermomix, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, and a milk frother.
This floor also houses the spa-like bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower featuring a rain shower head and an infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation.
