Plus it was very clear to us during our stay that any constructive criticism that the hosts might have received in these reviews in the past have since been improved on! «This place was an awesome get away. Very clean very friendly host. Well prepared for our stay with included snack basket ready for our arrival. Contacting the host was quick and efficient. All around one of my favorite places to stay around grand lake. Only down side we had was the walk to the water/dock was a little challenging do to uneven sloped stair that was a sharp down hill descent. Other than that beautiful view of on the water. »

«First off the way it was tucked in to a quiet neighborhood by the college was nice. Just be sure to listen to the navigation app. It is a hidden gem. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking if needed. I loved the couch after a long day at the river. Perfect for vegging out after a day of peopling. The decor was rad too. I need to know where the cool bird art was from. »
