For a Marriott Bonvoy, this hotel is not up to par. A lot of updates are needed and it isn’t well maintained. We had a 1-bedroom suite with a pullout couch. The bars on the pullout were all bent making it useless, plus there was no bedding for it. When we asked for the bedding, they gave us a set of sheets and the thin cover that is put on top of the comforter - no comforter, no pillow.
There were three TVs - one in the bedroom and two in the living area. The wall mounted TV didn’t work so they replaced it by putting one on the desk with the cords and connections tangled up and dangling off the table. Neither remote worked so we had to request another. The kitchen light flickered so we had to keep it off. The toilet got clogged and, when we asked for a plunger, they had to check to see if they had one. Called back 10 minutes later and said they didn’t have one. We had to go buy one at Walmart. The carpet was heavily stained and dirty. The only good thing about it was that the main bed was comfortable (but a full, not a queen). I’m giving 2 stars for the comfortable bed and because they had bedroom suites which are hard to come by.
