Stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located downstairs in the master bedroom. Our listing boasts a large, fenced backyard that is perfect for bringing your furry friend! You'll also enjoy a fire pit, patio, and grill to enjoy on a nice evening! Driveway parking and street parking available.

The West Plaza is directly west of The Country Club Plaza shopping district and offers a quiet and convenient place to stay while being within walking distance from shops and restaurants. Designed in 1922, the Plaza was built as the country's first suburban shopping district. Stroll through it's endless options of stores, restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Our house is also in close proximity to Westport, Midtown, Downtown and the RiverMarket.

*Pets welcome with responsible owners; certain aggressive breeds not allowed. TWO PET MAXIMUM.

*Variations in furniture/furnishings could vary due to replacement over time, but will always be of like kind as shown in the listing photos and detail.

*Violation of house rules could cause guest to be asked to leave with no refund.

*Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.
