«This is our 4th visit to this condo. Needless to say we love everything about it. We watch the various birds come onto the lawn in the morning as we enjoy breakfast on the patio. We love the access to Mauna Kea amenities - the beach is our favorite hangout. The check-in process is quick and seamless. South Kohala Management team makes everything so easy - they are so responsive. We love this place and will stay again in the near future.»

«This property has it all, wonderful, central location, all the amenities, terrific view, close to the pool and a quick (less than 2 min) drive to shopping, the beach and the beach club. The decor is subtle Hawaiian and with the outdoor kitchen and fully equipped indoor kitchen you can cook all the fish you can catch! The management company was super easy to work with, any question we had was promptly answered on text. I highly recommend it!»

«Overall a great stay; the complex is very nice, good layout with two large primary bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The unit did have plumbing issues while we were there, they communicated quickly to get someone in to help. The unit could use a freshening up - furniture, carpet, and plumbing all getting fairly dated.»

«We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed for trips to the beach and pool. The property manager was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. The location is great with the Fairmont in walking distance. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again!»

«This property is spectacular! My wife, two college-aged daughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has an incredible, unobstructed view of the ocean, so close that one goes to sleep with the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach that is a 30-second walk from the building. «Spacious 1 bedroom. Very clean and updated. We had all we needed including beach chairs. It has a beautiful ocean view and comfortable back patio. Dining and watching the sunset from the patio was beautiful. It’s an easy walk to the Beach Club which made for a relaxing afternoon. We’ll be back. Aloha!»

«LOVED this home in Mauna Lani. Everything about the property is wonderful. We spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the sounds of Hawaii. This is the most well stocked home we have ever rented including beach gear, laundry detergent, toiletry items, etc. We had to buy very little at the grocery store besides food. «The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. »

«This condo is nicely situated with about a 20 minute scenic walk to the beach across a lava field and fish ponds. The patio looks out at the golf course and has a great BBQ. Accommodations were excellent with comfortable beds, spices, and more than enough detergent/soap.
