«Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, the location was excellent, and the view was amazing.The biggest issue was the water being turned off on 7/23 from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We only found out from a notice on the door and were never notified directly. «We traveled from Ohio with two adults and four kids, and this condo was a great fit for our family. Our host was excellent, communication was prompt, and the condo was spotless and well stocked. «Cooling breeze from trade winds, ocean view, plumeria flowers, rooster crow, birds singing, artwork by local artist, local neighbors, you get it all at Hina Hideaway. What you don't get is the bustle, the noise and traffic jam at Waikiki.Add to these, a well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen, a large lanai, a clean and beautifully decorated house with ocean arts, and a caring caretaker, then you have paradise. We left our heart there. Would return any time.»

"Stedet var fantastisk. Leiligheten var super bra og hadde et fantastisk panorama. Men ansatte i reseption var frekke, avstøtende og ikke turistorientert i det hele tatt. De behandlet deg som du ikke eksisterte. De lever av turister, de burde være mer respektfulle."

"Nice hotel. Family friendly, lots of kids. Some bad cleaning in the room (the downlights had brown spots on them in the bathroom, went away easily, didn’t try to remove it myself in case it was sh*t). Breakfast wasn’t included. I ordered included, but to my surprise the «package» was only for 2, not all 4 of the party, had to pay extra every day. The breakfast was good, but not varied - it was missing simple things like cheese and ham and other fillings, spreads and cold cuts. A lot of fresh fruit which was nice. Nice rooms and a lot of elevators. Polite staff. All in all a good hotel with a great location on Waikiki, with some improvement-areas. Lastly, there were no lifeguards on duty in the pool, and poolwater was never during our stay «fresh» and clear. Looked grumsy. "
