Enjoy this large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit at the Valley Isle Resort in an oceanfront building with all the homey comforts you need for your vacation in paradise. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders provide an abundance of natural light & allow guests to enjoy the Hawaiian breeze year-round.

Relax in the living room after a day exploring Maui, soaking in the Hawaiian-style ambiance while sinking in to the plush furnishings to include a large sofa and two comfortable upholstered chair. Or, for that cool breeze, step onto your private lanai to enjoy an afternoon Mai Tai as you watch the whales and waves below.

Cook a feast for the whole family in the fully equipped kitchen complete with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Sit down to enjoy your home-cooked meal at the dining room table with seating for four or five, or gather around the kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar seating two.

The Master bedroom has a Queen Bed, while the second bedroom has an additional Queen bed, both providing plush pillows and fresh linens to ensure a peaceful night’s rest. The location is good, but the apartment is old and contains cockroaches and poor facilities.

Since the location of the accommodation and its cleanliness were very important to us, we decided to pay $550 per day for our stay in Maui from 12/24/2022 to 12/29/2022, while we could find less than this amount at the same time. On the other hand, the most disturbing thing for us was the presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. Becaues, inside the kitchen, we encountered cockroaches, which was very troublesome for us, and this was not mentioned in any comment. In addition, on the third day we did not have hot water and no one answered, and we were dealing with this problem until the last day of our stay. Also, we had planned so much for the accommodation inside, that we could not use it optimally. Finally, if you don't mind cockroaches, and you don't mind the lack of hot water, I suggest here. But by paying a little more, you can get a good hotel. Good Luck!

Condo review

The property has a great location and amazing ocean views! The property wasn’t very clean (tp rolls empty, dirty rag in shower, missing shower rod, floors seemed dirty) and the kitchen is very outdated. The lack of AC is tough but that is common in the area and was well communicated prior to arrival! Window and door openings keep the condo temp manageable. Overall I enjoyed my stay I just wish it was a bit cleaner and the kitchen was more updated. However, these two things were not terrible and did not ruin my stay by any means. It is a wonderful place to stay in a great location but if you plan on spending a lot of time inside and/or cooking then it’s the perfect place. Can’t beat the view! The rooms were comfortable and I would certainly recommend staying here.

Our rental in paradise

upon arriving at this propertywe were very excited when we entered the lobby, clean, spacious and welcoming. We opened the door to our condo 703, a very dirty mat at the door welcomed us. I picked it up and put it behind the chair so we didn't have to look at it. Overall the condo was in a sad state of cleanliness. Grease and fingermarks on the cupboards, a filthy backsplash. We tried to wash towels on the first Sun., the washing machine didn't work, I washed some clothes by hand a couple of days later and the dryer did not work. The office sent a repairman in, but couldn't resove the problem, it needed a new motherboard. Said they would replace the washer for us, that never happed. The cleaners came in wiped and few things, changed our beds and brought us clean towels. There was paper and other garbage under the beds, mold on our bath curtain which they changed, fuzz hanging from the air vents, streaks of dirt on the walls, a big water stain across the off white curtains in the master bedroom, the screen door going out to the patio off the living room was off track and torn, I have documented all these items. We spoke the a representative from Chase and Rainbows, we agreed on a specific amount of compensation, when we arrived home we received less than half of the amount agreed upon and my calls have not been returned. This condo could be a beautiful place to stay if the company that takes care of it would maintain this facility.

Great stay

We stayed in the condo (Property ID 2711835) the first week of August. Everything went beautifully. Upon arrival it was very easy to access the apartment and check out was also very fast. The apartment is located in a very clean and functional resort. The apartment is very welcoming and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are very spacious and give the opportunity to fully enjoy the living area. Washer and dryer in the house are truly an added value. The lack of air conditioning (there are ceiling fans) was not a problem because the sea breeze creates a favorable climate even at night. We really recommend this condo!

Hum…. It was a decent stay

Upon arrival check was fine lock box and key worked. No red binder with any instructions. Cleanliness was a 2 star because cabinets, coffee pot and behind toilet disgusting. No broom to sweep with and vacuum did not work. No beach chairs, blow dryer. It was just ok. The view was beautiful but the views from 805-810 (all the 05’s to 10’s) had a much better view. It had new carpet and it was nice it just needs a little love and updating!
