We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments. «This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If ...

«The hotel was probably top notch 30 years ago, but now feels a bit worn. Common areas are not inviting to hang out socialising with your own group or other guests. The onsen is great though! The restaurants look and feel as school cantines. But the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, but barely spoke English even though at least 70% of the guests were international. «Nice hotell With friendly staff. We stayed for sixs days and Our main goal was skiing. it was Perfect for that. Allthough if you wish to party you must take the bus from the hotell (which goes very often) to Hirafu which is only ten minutes away. For foodies, the hotell only has one buffet restaurant which was very good but they served the same Food everyday. Nearby hotell provides many good alternatives.»
