Hoteller nær Wonderland skiheis A

«The room was very clean and spacious »

«I was a impeccable stay from start to finish. The room, the facilities and specially the service was better than expected. I highly recommend.»

«The hotel was probably top notch 30 years ago, but now feels a bit worn. Common areas are not inviting to hang out socialising with your own group or other guests. The onsen is great though! The restaurants look and feel as school cantines. But the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, but barely spoke English even though at least 70% of the guests were international. Short walk to the slopes is a definite pro. »

«From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve.»

«This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again.»
