«출장으로 이용했는데,룸컨디션 좋았고 침대편했으나 방은 좁은편 출장객에게 치명적인 단점 테이블이 없어요 노트북 올려둘 공간도없고 뭐 간식이라도 먹으려면 테이블하나는 있어야되는데 없어서 침실에서 노트북하고 간식먹었어요 6층 라운지같은게 있었는데 제가 이용한날 전체대관행사로 이용불가 실수로 스카프를 옷걸이에 두고나왔는데 호텔에 3일연속 세번 문의해도 분실물 없다고하고 오늘 마지막으로 한번 더 문의해서 한번만 더 찾아봐달라고하니 이제 찾았다고연락옴 어이없네요 세번 전화안하고 포기했으면 분실되는거였네요? 출장 자주가는 직업이라 분실물도 많은편이어서 전부 잘 받아봤었는데 이런적 처음이네요 이부분에서 좀 실망했습니다...»

«제가 있었던 객실(SPACE5)이 제일 작은 방이었던 것 같은데, 방이 상당히 작긴 해도 필요한 건 다 있어서 나름 편안하게 지냈습니다. 별 다섯 개 드리긴 했지만 사실 모든게 다 훌륭하다는 건 아니구요, 저렴한 가격에 비해 상당히 좋았다라는 겁니다. 방문을 열었을 때 신발 벗는 곳 따로 없이 바로 온돌방이어서 살짝 당황스럽긴 했어요. 바로 옆에 신발보관함이 있어서 방문 밖에서 신발 벗고 보관함에 바로 넣어야 하는 구조라 드나들 때 조금 번거롭긴 했습니다. 그리고 바닥에 깔고 자는 요가 일반적인 싱글베드 폭보다 좁아요. 저는 괜찮았지만 체격이 크신 분들은 불편하실 수 있습니다. 의자와 테이블이 없어서 살짝 아쉬웠는데, 그런 가구를 놓을 수 있는 공간이 안나와요. 좁은 공간을 나름 영리하게 꾸몄다 생각했구요, 이 방은 저처럼 혼자 쓰셔야지 둘이 쓰면 대략 난감일 것 같습니다. 하지만, 체크인 때 마치 일본료칸에서처럼 응대해주셔서 감동이었고, 아침에 준비해 주시는 간단한 조식도 ...

«We enjoyed our stay here. The host let us check in early which was very kind. Our room although small was perfect for a one night stay. Everything was clean and they provide you with a lot of toiletries including toothbrushes. Breakfast is in a shared room and consists of toast, jams, cereals and coffee and tea. The hanok is located in a great spot to explore by foot all the local amenities.»

«We had a nice stay here… the owner was there to greet us when we arrived to check in, and even though we were early, he had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. He was friendly and even gave us a few recommendations of where to visit while we stayed. We stayed in a traditional ondol room, so it was nostalgic for me, having grown up in Jeonju, but if you’re not accustomed to sleeping on the floor, you might want to opt for a room that has a bed.
