«This place was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage had everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, cooler, umbrella, wagon and beach towels. The beds are very comfortable. The back deck was a Hawaiian escape all on its on with the trees, greenery, birds, and cute geckos. The coffee shop, Island Vibes, across the street is so dang good. They knew my name after day two. The location is fantastic. It’s so close the Nāpili Bay. We would definitely stay ...

"The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
