I would very much like to reply to this review. We have never at any stage in 25 years had ovens in our rooms and we do not advertise it on our web site. We do not have baths and we do not claim to be near the beach We have dishwashers in our one bedroom apartments but not in the studios which you booked. If you got this information from an Expedia web site it is they who need to rectify their advertising. The BBQ and grounds are cleaned and cleared every morning and if guests use the BBQ for breakfast or lunch then they should tidy up after themselves. If there was a problem with the cutlery or crockery then I would have been happy to replace it but this comment was the first I knew of it. We do not advertise netflix or smart TV's as these units are individually owned. The stovetops are only in the 1 bedroom apartments. I did offer to help by cooking this ladies rice but she also mentioned she was happy not to be staying in Airlie too long. I did try and sort out the problem for her with expedia as it was their advertising that is wrong.

Sorry for all the leaves around the carport. We are in the tropics so our leaves drop in spring and there are a lot of trees around Mango House. If you would have let me know I could have swept them away again. Also it has been very windy.

I don't remember you asking about the beds. Sorry if I appeared rude, it was not my intention. As the MANAGER I should have been more understanding. All our beds are on timber bases but we have recently had new mattresses placed in all the rooms. Yours is the first complaint. Sorry about your unhappy experience.

Hi Justyna, I remember when you came in you weren't very happy. You booked a studio room but wanted a one bedroom unit with a view. Our web site explains we are not near the ocean for a view. With your unhappy disposition I was reluctant to upgrade you.

Hi Vicki from Wotif. I wish you had come and shown me at the time and I could have arranged another room. Sometimes our cleaners may miss something but generally pretty good. If it happens again anywhere show the hosts.

Hi Edralyn, Firstly it was lovely to meet you and your friends. What a lovely group of people. I am so sorry for the problems. Although it is no excuse we have trouble finding cleaners to work. There is a problem for people trying to find somewhere to live and so we battle to get people to come here to work. I sincerely apologise and I will make a point talk to the cleaners. Cleaning and linen are the most important part of our business and I hope you will forgive me as I am in charge and it is my responsibility. hope you all had a good time in Airlie Beach and I promise to work on those areas. Secondly I gather the guest who booked through a third booking agent, didn't read the description as our studios are mostly on the street side. Hi Susan, thank you for your feed back. As you can imagine business was very slow during covid but the units are now starting to update. We have recently put in new matresses and now the sofas are being re-covered and the units painted.

Hi. I remember I upgraded you from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment so you didn't have to use the stairs. Clean towels are provided after 3 days and a full service on the 7th day. You asked for fresh towels after 1 night. All the rooms have washing machines and dryers. I asked if your husband need any help with his head. I'm sorry this happened.
