Family Holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great big family home however did experience some downfalls not really convenient for pet friendly lack of grass and poor fencing. The property advertised boat parking however only suitable for a small tinnie not a big boat as tge driveway is very steep and no room to turn around. No dryer which was really disappointing as we experienced alot of rainy weather. No tea towels.

Finally, a tv in every bedroom !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a modern , tastefully decorated and very comfortable home. There are beautiful views looking out over the hills that are covered in greenery. Lovely birdsong but not intrusive. Comfy beds. Excellent air con. Big balcony. Only slight downside is a very steep driveway if you are going for a walk and 16 steep stairs to get into the house. You do need a car to get around.

The linen was clean, beds were comfy, floors were clean. For the price I paid for my family to be all together for Christmas, I did not expect to have to wash all the dishes, cutlery, in fact, everything we used in the kitchen, even the benches before we even started to unpack. Then to go and use the toilets and have to clean them as well. The cleaners need to get a good kick up the you know what.

Family staycation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a lovely stay at Airlie Abode.Lots of extras we didn’t expect, such as toys in the kids room, milk in the fridge, plenty of condiments and pantry staple items. The inside of the home was as expected with a little wear and tear due to previous stays. The photos of the outdoor furniture on the listing isn’t as described however we had previously spoken to the property management about it and came to an agreement. I would suggest the photos be updated to reflect the true state of the outdoor area as we were very disappointed when we found out it wasn’t as listed. We did have to buy additional toilet paper which we knew about anyway as it stated in the house details limited provided. We advised the property management about the smoke alarms beeping during the night and needed battery’s replaced and one side of the toaster wasn’t working, however never heard back from them. All in all though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our children loved the pool. The driveway is very steep however the walk to jubilee pocket itself wasn’t too bad. You do need to have a car to get around as it’s about a 5 min drive to Airlie beach. Located in a very quiet area which was lovely. No view of the ocean however the view of the mountains was just as beautiful.

Perfect getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is exactly how it looks in photos- beautiful, modern and clean! Air cons and ceiling fans were amazing in every room in January. Kids room was awesome and the house had everything we needed. Remember to buy coffee for the machine though! There’s a pod machine as well as a coffee machine. The pool was used alll the time day and night. Everything was perfect. The driveway and grass area is sloped so not much room for kids to run around but it was too hot anyway. Every part of the booking process was great- Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous home great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home great location! Was perfect space for our group. The negatives were that the house had very minimal supplies, two dishwashing tabs for a 4 day stay and laundry detergent and toilet paper was very minimal. The linen on the beds were odd there were sheets on top of a doona with no cover then under that was the bare mattress which was stained. Tv in the bedroom across from the main bedroom remote did not work so could not access the tv properly. The kids room with the bunks were great for the kids tho! Lots of toys etc to keep them entertained. Would more than likely rent again if they worked on those few things.

A little booklet to include washing machine and coffee machine instructions would have been handy, also what days were garbage collection. Not able to access Netflix and no instructions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in a peaceful location. Great to have air con in bedrooms. We had issues with checking in and the pool/filter but we got a quick response. I g do eel we should have been slightly compensated as it was quite disruptive.
