«We stayed during carnaval and the hotel is clean and peaceful. The people are so welcoming, nice and helped us with everything we needed. When we booked, they told us they tried to get the advertisement removed though so you might have to book with the hotel directly but can check that with them!»

Apartment was clean and we felt very safe in this building. One suggested improvement would be to eliminate the 3rd party billing and simply allow a renter to click "confirm" button and they are done. My room had dead bugs throughout and as you checkout they want to go do a room check for spoons, knives, sheets, pots, dishes and a whole list of irrelevant stuff to a traveler. Cost me extra for my taxi driver waiting until they completed their inventory check. This was not listed in writing anywhere to inform you of this time consuming task. »
