You see several stores (including Walmart and Home Depot when you drive on HWY 85 to my pace through Riverdale, but you find all kinds of shopping malls, restaurants, Café, (Panera Bread and Starbucks next to each other), in Fayetteville if you continue on 85th, just 3 miles away from my place.

Conveniently located in a quiet secluded residential area with a cul-de-sac dead-end, this renovated beautiful Townhouse comes with everything new: New laminate wood flooring, appliances, beds, bed sets, countertops, vanities, and toilets. The home offers 2 specious bedrooms with private bath in each bedroom and TVs, and laundry at the bedrooms area; A living room with wood/gas-burning fire lace, sofa sets and TV with Roku; A formal dining room with clawfoot dining table and 6 chairs (sits 12), breakfast bar & a specious kitchen that has everything you need for cooking and dinning. The mattresses have memory foam mattress toppings and mattress covers for easy cleaning and sanitizing after each guest. For families with children, one Graco Pack 'n Play Simple Solutions Playard which Includes Integrated Diaper Changer, Darcie, and comes with Vibe bear 3" Soft Premium Foam Pack and Play Mattress and Pack N Play Mattresses, And I charge $5.00/night for this extra provisions. I provide white towels that are washed with bleach, laundry detergent and fabric softener to ensure that they are as white and soft as new for my guests. I provide cleaning supplies, but long-staying families can hire my professional cleaners it they want to.
